Providers of learning, coaching, mentoring, and development can include me for a range of reasons. To:

  • provide coaching at executive or middle manager level, or for professionals and key staff requiring development
  • add specialist resources to strengthen a bid team
  • provide a series of coaching within a internal development programme, such as leadership, performance management, change, mentoring, etc.
  • work as a part of a delivery team, either alone or in partnership with others, over a period of time on a specific contract e.g. achieving cultural change
