Working with learning providers
-
Are you acting as a ‘broker’ of learning and development for organisations?
-
Do you put together bids and tenders to win new contracts?
-
Are strength and depth of resources important to your track record as a credible provider?
If yes, I specialise in the areas of leadership, management development, team performance and in developing talent, so you have the confidence and security of knowing that I:
Providers of learning, training and development may approach me for a range of reasons. To:
- provide coaching at executive or middle manager level, or for professionals and key staff requiring development
- add specialist resources to strengthen a bid team
- provide a series of training workshops within a internal development programme, such as leadership, performance management, change, etc.
- work as a part of a delivery team, either alone or in partnership with other trainers, over a period of time on a specific contract e.g. achieving cultural change
Examples of current and recent work for providers include:
- working as a part of a delivery team for a major UK food retailer bringing about culture change, through workshops on coaching skills for managers, smart working, and customer service.
- working as a part of a delivery team for an energy supplier’s management development programme, with workshops on optimising staff and their skills, and personal effectiveness.
- lead facilitator for a large team in the Careers Service addressing key strategic issues, by providing co-facilitator guidance, creating team activities and leading the main discussions and feedback sessions.
- supporting the workshop delivery team for a high profile county council, with executive coaching throughout the programme.
